Our new sensory production is available to BOOK NOW! HAROLD AND MAUDE is the story of a boy, Harold, who at 19 hasn’t got any friends, doesn’t feel like he fits...
Spit Nolan, our incredible show based on the short story written by Bill Naughton is to return in 2013! After a very successful tour this Spring/Summer the sensory theatre in education piece is now open for bookings from schools for April to July 2013.
Response from schools has meant we just couldn’t fit everyone in during our first run of shows and with many schools asking, “When can we book Spit Nolan again?”, we just had to bring Spit and the Cotton Pocket Gang back together to share this amazing theatre experience with an even wider audience. So if you’ve been waiting to see Bill Naughton’s fabulous book brought to life now is your chance!
Staff from Asda’s Head Office in Leeds came to Interplay (Asda Charity of the Year) in October to help refresh our building, which was in need of a fresh coat of paint! Five staff volunteers from the Integrated Marketing team came in to help us redecorate our Media Suite, which is used by our young people on our film and music projects.
Interplay is Asda Marketing team’s nominated Charity of the Year. This means they are raising money for us through events and activities, staff are volunteering their time to support our work and help us to improve our facilities for the young people we work with all year round.
On Wednesday the 7th of December the students of Tools For The Trade are showcasing their films, music and ideas developed at Interplay throughout the last term.
Each person involved has worked for 12 weeks to perfect and polish each artwork they have produced. They have put together their idea’s and stories into their own individual pieces and they’re going to be shown, for one afternoon only, for you to come along and view.
