Ahead of this years tour of Tarzanne at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018, Interplay Theatre are holding an exclusive preview performance at their home venue in Leeds. Enter this sensory journey telling the story of a young girl lost to the jungle as a baby, raised by a family of chimpanzees. Fourteen years later she is captured and returned to her home. This emotive voyage across two worlds is filled with live music and immersive storytelling.
Tarzanne, adapted from the play written by Greg Cullen, is set to delight audiences with its playful animal choreography, energetic and touching musicianship and enchanting narrative. From the producers of This Land: The Story of Woody Guthrie and Frida, comes another multi-sensory show bringing a unique style of theatre experience. Interplay Theatre, the National Sensory Theatre, have been unlocking stories using the five senses for nearly 50 years and have been listed as one of the Top 5 Things to See at Edinburgh Festival Fringe for their previous work.
